Congratulations Colquitz Dancers 

The Colquitz Dance groups performed at Festival and received great recognition this year. They have been invited to enter two pieces; "Candy Man" and "Collaboration" into this years Galla at UVIC on May 10th.

Battle of the Books

Wednesday April 11th Colquitz hosted School District 61’s second annual Middle School Book Battle. School teams battled it out answering trivia on five chosen novels. The Colquitz team made the school proud. Well done! Check out our Library Page for more information on the books we battled.

Things you might need to know

**** The warning bell rings at 8:35. Students should be in their classrooms ready to learn at 8:40 ****

1) Click here to see a student schedule (shows start times, break times, and end times)

2) School buses are running. If you have questions about the school bus please phone 250-519-2105. There are NO courtesy riders allowed on the bus.

3) Please bring PE strip every day.

4) Students are to bring lunch from home. They will not have access to any microwaves, so please send them with food that does not require heating up.

5) Colquitz is a closed campus. Students are expected to stay on the school grounds.

6) Please read the student agenda with your child as it contains school policies and expectations. You may also want to use it for communication between your child's classroom teacher.

7) If your child is going to be away please call the school to let us know  at (250) 479- 4313 before 10:00 AM.
